Refusal of Delivery for Prepaid Orders:

At Glam Street, we carefully process and ship every order with the utmost care. If a customer refuses to accept a prepaid order at the time of delivery, the following policy will apply:

• A processing and logistics charge of ₹250 will be deducted from the order value to cover shipping, handling, and return costs.
• The remaining balance amount will be issued as Store Credit.
• Store Credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
• The Store Credit can be used to purchase any product available on our website during the validity period.
• Store Credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be redeemed through our website.
• Once the Store Credit validity period expires, any unused balance will lapse automatically.

• To prioritize genuine orders, we require a small ₹250 advance for all COD purchases. After you place your order, we will contact you to share a secure payment QR code. This amount will be deducted from your final bill, and you simply pay the balance upon delivery!
• We reserve the right to cancel unverified COD orders
