Return Request Timeline

Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of product delivery.
To request a return, please contact us through:

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, an unboxing video is mandatory for verification purposes.

Once the issue is verified, you may choose either:

  • A refund, or
  • Store credit to purchase another item from our store.

Returns Due to Change of Mind or Product Dislike

If you wish to return a product due to personal preference, dislike, or change of mind, the return request must also be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

In such cases:

  • A fixed amount of ₹250 will be deducted towards two-way shipping and handling charges.
  • The remaining amount will be issued as store credit.

For example:
If your order value is ₹1000, you will receive store credit of ₹750 after deduction of ₹250 towards delivery and return shipping charges.

The ₹250 deduction covers:

  • Approx. ₹80 for the initial delivery shipment
  • Approx. ₹170 for the return pickup and reverse shipping process

We appreciate your understanding, as these logistics costs are charged by our courier partners.

Store Credit Policy

Store credit will be issued once the returned product is received by us in:

  • Original condition
  • Unused form
  • With all original tags and packaging intact

The store credit will remain valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used to purchase any product available on our website.

Important Notes

  • Products returned without original tags or in damaged/used condition may not be eligible for store credit or refund.
  • GLAM STREET reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
